Gbp-Pq: Name debian-opt.diff

libreoffice (4:24.8.4-3) unstable; urgency=medium

  * debian/patches/disable-flaky-tests.diff: disable flaky testLpsolve solver
    test on armhf
  * debian/libreoffice-sdbc-firebird.bug-script.in: add again, firebird actually
    is available only with Experimental features enabled (again, since some time)
  * debian/control.in, debian/control.firebird.in: add "(embedded)" to the
    -sdbc-firebird (related) descriptions to make clear this is embedded and
    connection to a remote firebird
  * debian/control.in: add "embedded" to -sdbc-hsqldbs short Descripton to
    make it more clear
  * debian/tests/control.in: try to run the build-needed tests on arm64 instead
    of amd64 (lesser parallel workers, lesser chance of overload) by
    suggestion of the release team
